My Property Enquiry contacts builder and confirms: Finance Terms, Suggested Valuer, Balance of deposit requirements, Registration/Settlement due dates
My Property Enquiry orders the Contract of Sale to be dispatched to client or client’s conveyancer.
Once contracts have been reviewed by the Conveyancer & Client is satisfied with T&Cs Contracts are signed & returned to the Sellers within 5 days. Once fully executed, we forward copies to all relevant stakeholders
We ensure finance application is underway and valuation is done We liaise with finance broker to ensure finance due date will be met
We track land registration due date and advise client, client’s solicitor and finance broker once land has been registered Land settlement confirmation will be provided to the builder in order to get started with the build
We provide construction updates of build including photos At Practical completion, we recommend building inspection, insurance, property management if required.
We advise all stakeholders property has settled and handover pack sent to client or property manager.
Within 24 hours from receipt of a signed EOI along with a copy of the holding deposit receipt.
